STRATACACHE Asia-Pacific is looking for a ‘Content Strategist’ to lead the development of engaging content for varied audiences across a wide range of platforms. The right person for this role will be an excellent content all-rounder, with strong writing and editing skills and the ability to create and adapt content for different platforms, formats, and audiences. Your expertise in content creation, strategy, and optimization will drive our marketing efforts. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:

Key responsibilities:

Content Marketing

  • Research, plan, and create engaging and informative content across various platforms, including blog articles, website copy, social media posts, videos, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop a deep understanding of our target audience, market trends, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to create content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, style, and marketing objectives.
  • Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and headers to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content writing, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for creating informative and accurate content.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and meet deadlines for content delivery.
  • Assist in developing content strategies and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas.

Communications

  • Assist with the development and implementation of an integrated communications strategy.
  • Oversee corporate communications and branding across offline and online platforms.
  • Assist executive leadership in developing corporate messages, presentations, speeches, etc.
  • Develop internal communication materials such as newsletters, EDMs, etc.
  • Drive thought leadership through development of blog articles and sponsored content.

Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Content writer, Copywriter, or similar role in a multinational company
  • Strong research skills and ability to grasp complex topics and explain them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • A portfolio of writing samples demonstrating versatility, creativity, and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of their role in content distribution.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools is a plus.
  • Being an APAC role, the individual will be required to be flexible with APAC time-zones.
