The VID kiosks at GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) are powered by the robust Scala Media Player platform and feature a user-friendly UI/UX designed to ensure intuitive and effortless interaction for all passengers. This technology enables passengers to scan their boarding passes for instant real-time flight updates, navigate the terminal with interactive 3D maps featuring live location tracking, and receive 24/7 live video assistance from remote agents.

A notable enhancement at GHIAL is the addition of a Wi-Fi coupon feature, allowing passengers to conveniently obtain Wi-Fi access directly from the kiosks, further improving connectivity and convenience during their airport journey.
