The personal information we receive will depend on the policies and your account settings with the applicable third-party service. We process this personal information based on our legitimate business interest of personalizing and optimizing the services to improve user experience and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you consent to receive our marketing materials, we may process the personal information you may provide us to send promotional materials, make announcements about changes in relation to the goods or services rendered by us, personalize this website and our marketing communication for you, send e-mail notifications and email newsletters and magazines and such other marketing communications relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you. With whom do we share this information?
In principle, we use your data only internally. Request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Request correction of your personal data that we hold. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide. 

Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no justified reason for us continuing to process it. Please note that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons. If this is the case, you will be notified, if applicable, at the time of your request. 

Object to processing of your personal data, where Scala feels there is a legitimate business use case for the data processing, however you feel it has an impact on your fundamental rights and freedoms. 

Request restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data.  

Lodge a complaint with your local data protection regulator. Please note, Scala has a vested interest in data privacy compliance and will openly address any concerns or needs. Please contact us before taking action against our personal data policies.

Changes to our privacy statement
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy statement, which may happen periodically due to circumstances such as law changes or if we change our business in a way that affects personal data protection. The latest version of our privacy statement will always be available on our website.
