Welcome to Scala APAC’s remote support page! We are committed to providing you with seamless support and assistance for your digital signage solutions. We can easily and securely access your systems remotely to assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and other support needs.

Work with your SCALA Support Engineer to follow the steps below to get started.

How to Use Scala APAC Remote Support

1. Download the App

To begin, download the remote support app for your devices operating system.

2. Launch the App

Once the remote support app is downloaded, open the executable and follow the on-screen instructions on your device.

3. Allow Access

Once the remote support app has established a connection you will be provided with a 9-digit code on the screen. Provide this code to the Scala APAC Support team.

4. Support Session Begins

Once connected, our support team can begin assisting you with your issue. You can monitor the session or disconnect it as needed.
