- Identify, propose, and initiate digital solutions involving Stratacache/ SCALA products and services.
- Responsible for solutions development, configuration, and implementation of projects.
- Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods, and procedures.
- Engage customer to update the progress of the product and services development.
- Solution development and planning – To understand needs through market analysis, competitor’s analysis, and customer communication.
- Propose the solution version, promote the implementation of the plan
- Write the solution supporting documents.
- Work with Sales team and provide technical support in solutions and services.
- Prepare solutions presentations and answering technical enquiries.

- Minimum of 5 years of technical sales and solutions experience for IT and Managed Service
- Solutions with project management experience.
- Possess advance knowledge of Networking protocols and hardware, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wireless, hubs/switches, remote management software will be an added advantage.
- Display situational fluency and perseverance to handle challenging business situations.
- Candidate MUST understand the competitive landscape in global IT and Managed Services.
- Be able to deep dive into technical knowledge with engineers and architects.
- Displays a positive work attitude and a strong team player.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional.
