Singapore—9 August 2021— Leading marketing technology solutions provider STRATACACHE Asia-Pacific and Hakuhodo Product’s – a subsidiary of international marketing and communications company Hakuhodo DY Holdings based in Japan, today jointly announced the launch of a new experiential retail technology sandbox, the “Shopper Digital Transformation Experience Lab” (“Shopper DX Experience Lab” in short). This establishment is located within Hakuhodo Product’s headquarters in Toyosu, Tokyo.
This new launch follows the strategic technology partnership between both companies announced last year, to jointly develop innovative customer engagement experiences to influence shopper behaviour and drive digital transformation.

Multi-functional Facility
The Shopper DX Experience Lab will be jointly managed as an experience centre and a testbed that will:

- provide key insights and deliver a competitive edge in rethinking retail experiences
- serve as an incubator for new ideas and a place to socialize retail transformation
- extract insights from new and different revenue models to help determine best-of-breed solutions
The collaborative outfit offers a unique combination of STRATACACHE’s digital technology solutions and Hakuhodo Product’s marketing technology capabilities.
