Yale was seeking a trustworthy digital signage solutions provider as well as a robust and scalable digital signage system to help them deliver best-in class customer experiences in their new smart stores across Southeast Asia. A superior digital signage system that enabled central management was needed to facilitate the effective delivery of branded content in diverse locations.

Goal: To support the rapid growth of Yale in Southeast Asia, a highly sophisticated CRM system was needed to distribute and display cohesive brand messages across all screens in the region while rolling out localised content relevant to specific markets. At the same time, it was paramount that the solution offered flexibility and scalability, to enable Yale to add screens to the network easily when required.

Challenge: As Yale was already using an existing CRM system, it was a tedious task to switch to a new CRM provider and onboard both existing and new stores to the new platform. Hence, it was imperative to find a technology partner who could handle the complexity of the project, deliver the creative vision of Yale, and confidently deploy and support the system.
